After order confirmation and processing, our team ensures shipments are sent to anywhere in Spain within 24 to 48 hours.

How can I track my order once it has been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can use this information to check the status of your shipment in real time through the provided link.

What should I do if my order doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery time?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, we recommend checking the shipment status using the provided tracking number.

Can I modify or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Once your order is confirmed, we process it immediately to ensure fast delivery. For this reason, it cannot be modified or canceled.

What payment methods are available?

At OUTLIERS, we accept credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, UnionPay and Maestro.

Is it possible to pay in installments for my order?

Yes, with Klarna, you can pay for your order in installments with no interest. This means you can enjoy your purchase now and split the cost into more manageable payments.

How to request a return?

What refund options are available for returns?

For returns, there are two refund options:

  1. Store Credit: This is the fastest option to process your return. Once we receive your package at our facilities, within 1–2 business days you will receive a Gift Card for the corresponding amount, which can be used exclusively at OUTLIERS and has no expiration date.

  2. Original Payment Method: If you prefer a refund to the same payment method used for your purchase, the process usually takes 7–10 business days. Once the refund is issued, you will receive an email notification. Please note that it may take 2–5 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
Is there any cost for return shipping?

For returning products:

  • Orders over €100: return shipping costs are covered by OUTLIERS, meaning it’s free for the customer.

  • Orders under €100: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and amount to €4.95.

In cases of damage or shipping errors, OUTLIERS will always cover the return shipping cost, regardless of the order amount.

Do returned products need to be in their original packaging?

It’s not necessary for the returned products to be in their original packaging, but please ensure the items are properly protected during the return shipment.

Care Instructions

How should I wash the garments?

Machine wash with cold water to preserve the quality of the materials and prevent wear.

Can I dry the garments in the dryer?

It is not recommended. Avoid machine drying to prevent the garments from losing their shape and elasticity.

How should I iron the garments?

Always iron at low temperature and avoid printed areas to prevent damage or loss of shape.

How can I apply a discount code to my order?

Applying a discount code is very simple. During the checkout process, you will find a specific field for the discount. Here, you can enter your code.

Just make sure to enter it correctly, and the discount will be automatically applied to your order.

What should I do if I have trouble applying a discount code?

Why can’t I use my discount code?

If your discount code isn’t applying correctly, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

How long will it take for the Customer Support team to respond?

Are Gift Cards available?

Yes, we offer several Gift Card options that you can send to your family and friends if you're unsure about which items they'll like the most.

Using our Gift Card is simple:

1. Purchase the Gift Card for the amount you wish to give, entering the recipient’s name and email address.

2. The recipient will receive an email with the Gift Card.

3. They simply need to enter the code provided in the “Discount code” field at checkout.

4. If the full balance isn’t used, the remaining amount will be saved for future purchases.
