Shipping & Delivery

At OUTLIERS, all orders shipped within Spain include free shipping, with no minimum purchase requirement, regardless of order value or number of items.

For international orders, shipping is free on purchases of €100 or more. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of €5.95 will be applied.

After order confirmation and processing, our team ships all orders within Spain within 24 to 48 business hours.

For international orders, the average delivery time is 3 to 6 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this information to check the status of your shipment in real time through the provided link.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, we recommend checking the shipping status using the tracking number provided.

Once confirmed, we process your order immediately to ensure fast delivery. For this reason, it is not possible to modify or cancel it.

However, if you decide not to keep it upon receipt, you can easily initiate a return following the conditions outlined on our Returns page.

Payments & Security

At OUTLIERS, we accept credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options including PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, UnionPay, and Maestro.

Yes, with Klarna you can pay for your order in installments with no interest. This means you can enjoy your purchase now and split the cost into more manageable payments.

At OUTLIERS, we use advanced encryption technology to protect all the information you share. You can shop with complete peace of mind, knowing your data is safe.

If your payment is declined, we recommend checking your card details and ensuring that all information entered is correct. Sometimes, typing errors or credit limits can cause a rejection.

Returns

To request a return, please follow the instructions detailed on our Returns page.

For returns, there are two refund options:

  1. Store credit: this is the fastest option to process your return. Once we receive your package at our facilities, you will receive a Gift Card for the corresponding amount within 1 to 2 business days. This card can be used exclusively at OUTLIERS and has no expiration date.
  2. Original payment method: if you prefer a refund to the same payment method used for your purchase, the process usually takes 7 to 10 business days. Once the refund is issued, you will receive an email notification. Please note that it may take an additional 2 to 5 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account.

For the return shipment of products you wish to send back:

· Domestic orders (Spain): return shipping costs are covered by OUTLIERS. This means it is free.

· International orders (outside Spain): return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and amount to €5.95.

In the case of a defective item or a shipping error, OUTLIERS will always cover this cost, regardless of the order value.

It is not necessary for returned products to be in their original packaging, but you must ensure that the items are properly protected during the return shipment.

Care Instructions

Machine wash cold to preserve material quality and prevent wear.

It is not recommended. Avoid tumble drying to prevent garments from losing their shape and elasticity.

Always iron at low temperature and avoid printed areas to prevent damage or loss of shape.

Promotions & Discounts

Applying a discount code is very simple. During the checkout process, you will find a specific field on the payment screen where you can enter your code.

Just make sure you type it correctly, and the discount will be automatically applied to your order.

If you are unsure how to apply your discount code, you can contact our Customer Support team by sending an email to contact@outliersclo.com.

If your discount code is not working correctly, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

· It is not possible to combine multiple codes; only one can be used per purchase.
· Discount codes are not valid on sale items.
· If you still have an old active code and want to use a new one, clear your browser cookies or history and refresh the page.
· Make sure you are on the website version for your country, as some codes do not work in all regions.

We do not run continuous discounts.

We only apply price reductions at specific moments, and at the end of each season we release limited units to avoid excess stock.

Those subscribed to our email list get early access to launches and exclusive discounts.

Black Friday

Our Customer Support team always strives to respond as quickly as possible.

However, due to the high volume of inquiries during Black Friday, it is possible that responses may take a few hours.

We will do our best to ensure your order arrives within the usual delivery times.

However, due to the high volume of shipments, delays may occur with the shipping carriers we work with.

Yes, we offer several Gift Card options so you can send them to your family and friends if you are unsure which garments they will like most.

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Purchase the gift card for the amount you wish to give, entering the recipient’s name and email address.
  2. The recipient will receive an email with the gift card.
  3. They only need to enter the received code in the “Discount code” field at checkout.
  4. If the full balance is not used, the remaining amount will be saved.
